By downloading, installing, or using Organio ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence for matters related to Apple's App Store.
2. Description of the App
Organio is a personal life administration app that helps you track recurring bills, subscriptions, and document expiration dates. The App is provided free of charge and operates entirely on your device.
3. License
Au Léo Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
4. User Data and Privacy
The App stores all data locally on your device. Au Léo Studio does not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your data. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the App and for maintaining backups of your device.
5. No Account Required
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. There are no user accounts to manage, suspend, or terminate.
6. Notifications
The App may request permission to send local notifications to remind you of upcoming bills, subscription renewals, and document expirations. These notifications are processed entirely on your device and do not involve any external server. You can disable notifications at any time through the App or your device settings.
7. Future Paid Features
Organio is currently 100% free. Optional premium features may be offered in the future via in-app purchase. Any payments would be processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Au Léo Studio does not collect or have access to your payment information.
8. Availability and Updates
Au Léo Studio may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing functionality. You are encouraged to keep the App updated to the latest version.
Au Léo Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information provided through the App
The App is a personal organizational tool. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bill amounts, due dates, subscription costs, or document expiration dates you enter.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Au Léo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data stored on your device
- Missed payments or late fees resulting from missed or failed notifications
- Expired documents due to incorrect data entry or notification failure
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
In no event shall Au Léo Studio's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Au Léo Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
12. Third-Party Services
The App uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous analytics. No other third-party services are integrated. The App functions entirely offline with no network connectivity required.
13. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Au Léo Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Organio name, logo, and app icon are trademarks of Au Léo Studio. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Au Léo Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Location and Camera
Parkio uses your device's camera and location services to save parking information. Location is accessed only when you actively use the App (when-in-use authorization). GPS coordinates and addresses are approximate and may not reflect exact positions. You should not rely solely on the App for finding your vehicle in emergency situations.
7. Notifications
Parkio may send local notifications to remind you before your parking block time expires. These notifications are best-effort and may be delayed or suppressed by Do Not Disturb mode, battery-saving modes, or system conditions. You should not rely solely on these notifications for time-critical parking situations.
8. Navigation
Parkio can launch Apple Maps or Google Maps for turn-by-turn navigation to your saved parking spot. Au Léo Studio is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party map services or navigation directions.
9. Availability and Updates
Au Léo Studio may release updates from time to time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. Optional paid features may be added in the future.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that GPS coordinates will be accurate or that navigation will lead to the exact parking location
- Warranties that notifications will be delivered on time
The App is a personal convenience tool. We are not responsible for parking fines, towed vehicles, or any consequences of missed reminders. Always check local parking rules and signage.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Au Léo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Parking tickets or fines resulting from expired parking time
- Towed vehicles due to reliance on the App's timer or notifications
- Inaccurate GPS locations or navigation errors
- Loss of parking photos or data stored on your device
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
In no event shall Au Léo Studio's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero for the free version).

13. Third-Party Services

6. AI and OCR Processing
SpendMemo uses on-device optical character recognition (OCR) and AI to extract transaction details from screenshots and receipts. This processing is performed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework.
Accuracy disclaimer: OCR and AI merchant recognition are not 100% accurate. Extracted amounts, merchant names, and categories may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all transactions. The App provides suggested amounts and categories as a convenience — always verify before relying on them for financial decisions.
7. Photo Library and Camera Access
SpendMemo accesses your Photo Library to detect payment screenshots and uses your camera for receipt scanning. All images are processed on-device and never uploaded. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the App's functionality.
8. Share Extension
The SpendMemo Share Extension allows you to send screenshots from other apps directly into SpendMemo. Images shared this way are processed and stored on your device only.
9. Future Paid Features
SpendMemo is currently 100% free. Optional premium features and iCloud sync may be offered in the future. Any payments would be processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Au Léo Studio does not collect your payment information.
10. Availability and Updates
Au Léo Studio may release updates from time to time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that OCR text extraction or AI merchant recognition will be accurate
- Warranties that all transactions will be automatically detected or categorized correctly
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of spending insights or trend analysis
The App is a personal financial awareness tool. It is not a substitute for professional financial, accounting, or tax advice. Do not rely solely on SpendMemo for tax filings, expense reports, or any official financial record-keeping.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Au Léo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect transaction amounts or merchant identification from OCR processing
- Missed transactions that were not automatically detected
- Inaccurate spending insights or category breakdowns
- Loss of financial data stored on your device
- Any financial decisions made based on the App's data or insights
In no event shall Au Léo Studio's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.

The App is provided with a free tier and optional premium features (Lunari Pro), and operates entirely on your device.

Accuracy disclaimer: While we strive for cultural accuracy, traditional calendar systems involve interpretive elements that may vary by region, family tradition, or scholarly source. Do not rely solely on the App for important life decisions. The App is a cultural reference tool — always consult knowledgeable elders or cultural experts for significant events such as weddings, business launches, or construction projects.
7. Notifications
Lunari may send local notifications for lunar events such as Rằm, Mùng 1, and Vietnamese festivals. These notifications are best-effort and may be delayed or suppressed by Do Not Disturb mode, battery-saving modes, or system conditions. You can configure individual reminders in the App's Settings.
8. Widgets
Lunari provides home screen widgets displaying lunar date and auspicious information. Widget data is refreshed by the system at its discretion. Au Léo Studio is not responsible for stale widget data due to system refresh limitations.
9. Future Paid Features
Lunari is currently 100% free. Optional premium features (Lunari Pro) — including AI-powered daily advice, personal zodiac analysis, and advanced event planning — may be offered in the future via in-app purchase. Any payments would be processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Au Léo Studio does not collect your payment information.
