Organio ("the App") is a personal life administration app developed by Au Léo Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). Organio helps you track bills, subscriptions, and document expiration dates on your iPhone.
We built Organio with a simple privacy principle: your data stays on your device and nowhere else. We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any of your personal information.

How Your Data Is Stored
All data you enter into Organio — including bill details, subscription information, and document expiration dates — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This means:
- Your data never leaves your iPhone.
- There is no cloud database, no server, and no backend service.
- We have no ability to access, read, or retrieve your data.
- If you delete the App, your data is permanently removed from your device.
Network and Internet Access
Organio makes zero network calls. The App does not request or use internet access. There are no APIs, no servers, and no data transmission of any kind. The App functions entirely offline.
Notifications
Organio can send you reminder notifications for upcoming bills, subscription renewals, and document expirations. These notifications are local notifications scheduled and delivered entirely by your device's operating system (iOS). They do not involve any remote push notification server. No notification data is transmitted to us or any third party.
You can enable or disable notifications at any time through the App's Settings screen or through your device's system Settings.
Analytics
Organio uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous, privacy-friendly analytics. TelemetryDeck collects no personal information, no IP addresses, and no device fingerprints. It tracks only anonymous event counts (such as how many times a screen is viewed) to help us improve the app. No data is sold or shared with advertisers. Third-Party Services
Aside from TelemetryDeck (anonymous analytics), Organio uses no other third-party services, SDKs, or libraries. There are no advertising networks, no crash reporting services, and no social media integrations. The App is built entirely with Apple's native frameworks.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties because we do not have access to any of your data. There is nothing to share.
Data Security
Because your data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted, it is protected by your device's built-in security features, including your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a strong passcode to protect all data on your device.
Children's Privacy
Organio does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the App collects no data whatsoever, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar international regulations.
While Organio is rated 4+ on the App Store and is safe for users of all ages, it is designed primarily for adults managing personal financial and administrative responsibilities.
Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store any of your data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. You have full control over your data directly on your device. You can view, edit, or delete any information within the App at any time. Deleting the App removes all associated data permanently.

Camera and Location Usage
Parkio uses your camera to let you photograph your parked vehicle and its surroundings. These photos are stored locally and are never uploaded anywhere.
Parkio uses your location to save the GPS coordinates of your parking spot. Location is accessed only when you actively use the App (when-in-use authorization). We do not track your location in the background. The saved coordinates are used solely to help you navigate back to your vehicle via Apple Maps or Google Maps.
Reverse geocoding (converting GPS coordinates to a readable address) is performed using Apple's built-in MapKit framework on your device.
Navigation
When you tap "Navigate Back," Parkio opens Apple Maps or Google Maps with your saved parking coordinates. This is a standard URL scheme launch — no data is sent from Parkio to these services. The map app receives only the GPS coordinates you chose to navigate to.
Notifications
Parkio can send you a local reminder 15 minutes before your parking block time expires. These are local notifications processed entirely on your device. No notification data is transmitted to us or any third party. Notifications are best-effort and may be affected by Do Not Disturb or battery-saving modes.
Analytics

Photo Library and Camera Usage
SpendMemo accesses your Photo Library to detect payment screenshots (such as mobile banking confirmations, e-wallet transactions, and payment receipts). Screenshots are scanned entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework for OCR text extraction.
- Photos are processed locally — they are never uploaded to any server.
- The App processes up to 10 screenshots per scan to be battery-friendly.
- A three-layer deduplication system prevents re-processing of the same screenshots.
- You maintain full control and can revoke Photo Library access at any time.
The camera is used for the built-in receipt scanner (via Apple's VisionKit). Photos captured by the scanner are processed locally for OCR and stored only on your device.
AI and On-Device Processing
SpendMemo uses AI-powered features that run entirely on your device:
- OCR text extraction — Apple's Vision framework reads text from screenshots and receipts.
- Merchant recognition — A built-in database of 285+ known brands categorizes transactions automatically. No internet required.
- Merchant learning — The app learns from your corrections to improve categorization over time. This learning data stays on your device.
- Amount extraction — Spatial text analysis identifies transaction amounts with confidence scoring.
None of these AI features require an internet connection. No data is sent to any AI cloud service.
Share Extension
SpendMemo includes a Share Extension that lets you share screenshots from other apps (such as banking apps) directly into SpendMemo. Shared images are processed on-device and stored in the App's local container. They are never transmitted externally.
Notifications
SpendMemo can optionally send local notifications for weekly spending reports and transaction confirmations. These are processed entirely on your device. No notification data is transmitted to us or any third party.

Notifications
Lunari can send you local notifications for upcoming lunar events such as Rằm (full moon), Mùng 1 (new moon), and Vietnamese festivals like Tết, Đoan Ngọ, and Vu Lan.
