Privacy Policy for Organio
Overview
Organio ("the App") is a personal life administration app developed by Au Léo Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). Organio helps you track bills, subscriptions, and document expiration dates on your iPhone.
We built Organio with a simple privacy principle: your data stays on your device and nowhere else. We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any of your personal information.
Information We Collect
None.
Organio does not collect any personal data. Specifically:
- We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier.
- We do not collect usage analytics or behavioral data.
- We do not use any tracking technologies, cookies, or advertising identifiers.
- We do not collect device identifiers or location data.
- We do not collect financial information. Any bill amounts, subscription prices, or other financial figures you enter remain exclusively on your device.
How Your Data Is Stored
All data you enter into Organio — including bill details, subscription information, and document expiration dates — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This means:
- Your data never leaves your iPhone.
- There is no cloud database, no server, and no backend service.
- We have no ability to access, read, or retrieve your data.
- If you delete the App, your data is permanently removed from your device.
Network and Internet Access
Organio makes zero network calls. The App does not request or use internet access. There are no APIs, no servers, and no data transmission of any kind. The App functions entirely offline.
Notifications
Organio can send you reminder notifications for upcoming bills, subscription renewals, and document expirations. These notifications are local notifications scheduled and delivered entirely by your device's operating system (iOS). They do not involve any remote push notification server. No notification data is transmitted to us or any third party.
You can enable or disable notifications at any time through the App's Settings screen or through your device's system Settings.
Third-Party Services and SDKs
Organio uses no third-party services, SDKs, or libraries. There are no analytics providers, no advertising networks, no crash reporting services, and no social media integrations. The App is built entirely with Apple's native frameworks.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties because we do not have access to any of your data. There is nothing to share.
Data Security
Because your data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted, it is protected by your device's built-in security features, including your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a strong passcode to protect all data on your device.
Children's Privacy
Organio does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the App collects no data whatsoever, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar international regulations.
While Organio is rated 4+ on the App Store and is safe for users of all ages, it is designed primarily for adults managing personal financial and administrative responsibilities.
Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store any of your data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. You have full control over your data directly on your device. You can view, edit, or delete any information within the App at any time. Deleting the App removes all associated data permanently.
This applies equally to users under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and all other applicable data protection laws.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of Organio after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
